Cyndi's List was created over 20 years ago and has grown to become one of the top genealogy resources online. Today you'll find over 331,000 links, categorized and cross-referenced, in more than 200 categories. And today a link to the IGSI blog was added! It feels like we have arrived! When I started dabbling in genealogy more than a decade ago, Cyndi's List was one of the first places I looked. While the site has grown by leaps and bounds, the basic purpose remains the same, according to a recent press release, "to be a free jumping-off point and a catalog for the immense genealogical collection that is the Internet. And it is all done not by software, but by a live human being."
