The theme of the April 2024 issue of The Septs will be Connacht Province so for this issue the editorial staff welcomes stories about family history research in the counties of Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon, or Sligo. Tell us about your experiences—where have you looked? What have you discovered?

The editors will accept articles varying in length from 750-1500 words. The submission deadline is February 15, 2024; however an advance email to describe your proposed submission would be appreciated so they can better plan the issue. Contact the Managing Editors here.

Information on writing for The Septs can be found at left under The Septs (Journal) tab.
