New York City marriage records (1950-1995) have been indexed and are now searchable online. That's over six million records, which include license applications even if the marriage wasn't finalized! The not-for-profit organization "Reclaim the Records" is responsible for this holiday gift.

Here are more details as announced in MyHeritage blog: https://blog.myheritage.com/2016/12/now-online-new-york-city-marriages-1950-1995/.
