Does it sometimes seem that finding information about your ancestors is like looking for a needle in a haystack? Well, another haystack is available for searching! Today MyHeritage.com announced they've added "an exciting new collection to My Heritage SuperSearch, containing over 37 million pages in 150,000 volumes relevant to family history!...The books span the last four centuries and include family, local and military histories, city and county directories, school and university yearbooks, church and congregational minutes, and much more." And it's FREE to search! You can query by first name, last name, publication title/year/place, or other keywords. I found intriguing possibilities with a combination of surname and a locale in the keyword field. Some files seem to open quite slowly, but remember, all it will cost you is a little time.
