John Grenham's 'Irish Ancestors' website just keeps getting better! The latest enhancement was reported yesterday in Claire Santry's blog. Grenham has identified and listed surnames which are historically exclusive to each county in Ireland. It was enlightening to read the listings as I'd never seen many of these names before. Is your name among them? Take a look here: www.irishtimes.com/ancestor/browse/counties/#counties Select "Browse" on the toolbar, then a county, then "Local XXX names."
