Ulster Settlers Database
The Ulster Settlers Database, a unique collection of 17th-century historical records, became available to genealogists and other researchers earlier this month.
The database makes innovative use of historical data about English and Scottish men and women who settled in Ulster between 1609 and 1641, along with the Gaelic Irish inhabitants they interacted with. The searchable database includes sources ranging from military musters and plantation grants to judicial records and secondary literature.
