Findmypast has announced the release of a noteworthy set of church records which document the lives of "dissenters" or "non-conformists," (i.e., Protestants who were not aligned with the Church of England). These historic parish records are held by Christ Church Limerick and are now available online. Included are baptisms, marriages and communicant/congregational records. They contain the names of thousands of people who were members of the Presbyterian and Methodist congregations of Limerick City as well as Kilrush in County Clare and Killarney in County Kerry.
