A breakthrough? A gift? A false lead?

A breakthrough? A gift? A false lead?

A quaking Ancestry leaf brought me an intriguing surprise today. A  distant relative of my husband Bill--I'm guessing they may be fourth cousins--posted a newspaper article on his Ancestry tree. As a result, the leaf notified me of a new hint. The news item in the St. Paul Globe (dated       17 Nov 1900) reports five bodies being removed from an Inver Grove cemetery and transferred to Calvary Cemetery in St. Paul. Further, "the bodies have been buried for some time."

Could the re-interred "Mrs. Quinn" be Bill's 2X-great-grandmother, Hanorah/Honora Quinn?  The widow and her sons emigrated from Ireland in 1850. My research indicates she likely died in Minnesota, between the census enumerations of 1857 and 1860. Her son James "died of sunstroke in his Inver Grove harvest field," according to an 1868 Dakota County newspaper. James' daughter Mary died in 1884, per Dakota County probate records.

(Is Rilley really Riley? Who are these people?)
