INFORMATION COLLECTION, one of the largest and most complete Irish collections in the USA.

RESEARCH STAFF

• work directly with you on research and teach Irish research classes on Irish Days at the library - the 2nd Saturday of most months
• respond to email queries at Librarian@IrishGenealogical.com
• help out-of-town researchers at the library outside of usual hours if they aren't able to come during usual hours
• help IGSI members as described in the Members' Research Help Section.

INTEGRATED COLLECTION Because the IGSI library is housed along with the libraries of the Minnesota Genealogical Society and the libraries of its other affiliated branches, you can find, in one convenient place, a wide variety of resources about both Minnesota and these other ethnic groups: Canadian, Danish, Eastern European, English, Finnish, Germanic, Icelandic, Luxembourg, Norwegian, Ostfriesland, Polish, Pommern, Swedish, and Yankee. What Irish family doesn't include non-Irish?

The entire library is a "Research" facility - materials are not lent out but a copy machine and a film printer are provided for your convenience. The library is free to members of IGSI; non-members will be charged a fee.
